application (please send a check or call with a credit card number)
for all workshops, with the balance due at the start of the class.
If you cancel before 14 days prior to the start of class, your
tuition is fully refundable. No refunds within 14 days of the
start of class. If we need to cancel for any reason, your entire
tuition will be refunded.
